Dr. Olayinka OlubunmI is the Founder and President of Zeta Phi Noema. She is a retired U.S. Army Chaplain Captain. She served over two decades in the U.S. military, including deployments to Kuwait and Iraq,. Dr. O, holds degrees in Biblical Studies, Organizational Leadership, Christian Education, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. She also served as faculty at the University of Phoenix for over eight years. She is the Founder and President of American Bible University, Inc.

Soror, Dr. Linora C. Hayes, a Founder of the Founders Circle of Zeta Phi Noema is a retired military officer with extensive experience in leadership, education, and organizational development. She holds dual Master’s degrees and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and is committed to excellence in leadership and lifelong learning.

Soror, Ms.Therese Johnson, is a Founder of the Founding Circle of Zeta Phi Noema. She is a retired educational leader with a distinguished 36-year career in Chicago Public Schools. She served as both Assistant Principal and Principal and is recognized for her commitment to academic excellence, leadership development, and student success.

Dr.Rita H. Bailey is an Affiliate Founder of the Founding Circle of Zeta Phi Noema. She is a retired educator with more than 40 years of service in education. Prior to her retirement, she served as a Teacher Leader/Facilitator, Science Instructional Design Coach, Science Fair Coordinator, and New Teacher Training Coordinator with Atlanta Public Schools. She is passionate about education, mentorship, and community service.

Dr. Courtney Ptahkind, Ed. D., is an Affiliate Founder of the Founding Circle of Zeta Phi Noema. She is a special education educator and Executive Director of Divine Purpose Community Outreach Program, Inc. She is passionate about literacy, community service, and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.
